How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $10.00 for orders of 1-5 bags across Canada. Orders larger than 5 bags or international destions, please email us for a quote

What shipping method do you use?
We use Canada Post to ship most of our products, as we found this to be the most economical method.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Items shipped can take approximately 3-10 business days.

Will you ship to another address other than my own?
Yes! Just add the name and address of the person you would like the item shipped to during the check out process.

What type of credit card payments do you accept?
We accept payments through paypal. You can also call our toll free number and use Mastercard.

Do I have to pay taxes?
There are no taxes added onto the price. You do not have to pay GST/HST.

Will you accept exchanges or returns?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to accept a return up to 7 days after you receive the item. Items must be returned to Prairiebags in new, unused condition, and may be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping fees incurred to return items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders are processed as soon as they are received and in most cases can not be cancelled. If for any reason you need to cancel your order before you have received a shipped notification, please email us immediately. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
